Jeryd began his real estate career in 1993 in custom homes and commercial development. In 2010, he began property management, before moving into residential and commercial sales. He joined Keller Williams in 2012 and was a top producer on one of the highest volume teams in the nation. With a passion for a more personalized experience with his clients and striking out on his own, Jeryd was a successful individual agent, before deciding to found the WA Home Hunt Team in 2016, with a vision to do real estate a little different. Tired of the stereotypical stuffy suits and fake smiles, Jeryd wanted a real estate team that was made up of real people, interested in helping other real people reach their goals of homeownership and investment. Outside real estate, Jeryd is married, has two adult children, 4 dogs, 8 cats, a farm... In other professional realms, he is Co-Owner of a construction company, Co-Owner of a technology company, a Tactical Response Trainer and is a Guitarist and Lead Singer of a band that is active in the local rock scene, and an Avid Outdoor Enthusiast. #realestateaf

Having been through and helped my clients be successful during and after a major negative housing market event and recession in the past, I've got the experience and know-how to handle any challenges that may arise. I'm well versed in contract negotiation, VA/FHA/Conventional/Bond/Owner Finance Loan Types, construction practices, revitalization, flipping, first-time home buyers, out-of-state transitions, and the intricacies of selling/buying at the same time.
I bring education and experience to my clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about how to reach their goals. My passion resides in helping people build wealth through real estate, be it investing, purchasing their first home, or maximizing the current property to reach their goals.
